Frinton-on-Sea is a seaside town and a former civil parish, now in the parish of Frinton and Walton, in the Tendring district of Essex. Its genteel nature has ensured that property ‘within the gates’ is well sought after.

Victorian Seafront

Frinton-on-sea is a quiet seaside town, known for its long, clean greensward, its immaculate sandy beaches and its historic tree lined avenues.

The seafront is still lined by many Victorian style beachhuts, reminiscent of the days when the town was a favourate retreat for the aristocracy and even royalty.

Sporting Facilities

Spend some time watching tennis at the Frinton Lawn Tennis Club or maybe a game of golf at Frintons renowned golf club. Alternatively, if you prefer the sound of leather on Willow, perhaps a leisurely time watching the weekly cricket matches at the Frinton Cricket Club. All the clubs have a great social life and new members are always welcome.

Connaught Avenue

"Bond Street" of East Anglia

All your shopping can be done in Connaught Avenue, known as the “Bond Street” of East Anglia in the past. There are many churches of various denominations and only one pub that opened in 2002. Several restaurants and cafes offer refreshments .

Arts & Clubs

If sport is not your thing then Frinton summer theatre put on weekly shows throughout the summer and are very entertaining. There is also a cinema club.

In addition there is a Bridge Club and the Memorial Club to name just a few of the activities and outings within Frinton
